Jacobs Engineering Wins Contract

Jacobs Engineering Group said it has been awarded a seven-year contract for project and construction management by Los Angeles World Airports. Jacobs will support the landside access modernization program, airline/tenant improvement program and capital improvement program at Los Angeles International Airport.

Los Angeles World Airports has started the planning and development of more than $14 billion in capital improvements as it anticipates increased travel due to new entertainment facilities, a sports stadium and a potential bid for the 2024 Summer Olympics. The value of the contract was not disclosed.
